The breakfast is good with a lot of things to eat and drink. This hotel offers good and unbeatable location so close to public transport and other popular tourist spots in Cairns, and the Cairns beach.

clean room, spacious balcony, easy parking access
No proper maintenance of air conditioning!!! A fan controller lacked a knob. If you want to avoid the AC, you can't adjust the fans!!! The overall appearance is dated and could use a serious refresh!!!

Spacious room, nicely decorated, comf. bed and pillows, huge shower, lovely balcony to have breakfast (tip: book the B&B, and you'll get your breakfast delivered to your room! ;-), great pool, helpful staff, great location - 10 minutes walk to the beautiful but 'touristy' Esplanade. Very pleasant stay.
Not Reef Palms fault but there's some road construction Mon-Fri...

clean, comfortable, convenient
The Queen Room Studio seemed like a private oasis with ample drawer space and a cozy kitchenette. I loved the convenience of the drying board and iron provided. The location is a gem, just steps from the seaside and local cafes. I enjoyed lounging by the relaxing outdoor saltwater pool.
100% recommend 😊❤️

Staff were very helpful by booking a trip for us. Also cleaning staff did a great job with changing towels and making up our room. The quiet location in which we felt safe.

missingWrote a review on 06 Augunpleasant smell
The room had an awful smell upon arrival, forcing me to leave the balcony door open continuously until it was somewhat bearable. The shower setup needs work, with temperature issues and a smoke alarm that went off for no good reason while cooking. Limited crockery, often declining in quantity, made it tricky for a couple of guests wishing to enjoy a meal in. Plus, a noisy airline flight path overhead.
